Carley Aroldi is a clinical play therapist, childhood mental health expert, mom of two and founder of Peaceful Parenting. She is here to reimagine what family life can look and feel like, especially for parents who are overwhelmed by their “big feeling” kids. She specializes in mindful family dynamics, trauma-informed practices and the power of play and creativity. She holds a B.A. in film and media studies, an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and a Post-Master’s Graduate Certificate in Infant/Early Childhood Mental. She recently completed her tenure as a board member on the New Jersey Association for Infant Mental Health.
