#185: How I'm Taking Intentional Action to Manage Burnout

Jan Ditchfield Season 3 Episode 185

This is the podcast episode that almost didn't make it to the show.

I've been running at a million miles an hour for a while now and to be honest, I'm burning out. Having been on this edge before, I'm taking steps now to find some balance again in my business and my personal life.

And I'm not talking about adopting 3 day work weeks, but rather taking intentional action and an intentional step back to get clarity to move forward.

So in this episode I'm pulling the curtain back to talk about the changes I'm making for the second half of the year to be able to move my business forward...intentionally.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed with the amount of things you're doing in your business, I hope you find some inspiration in this episode to dial back to the power one so you can focus on what matters most in your business and life.
